We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of home healthcare professionals. The RN will have a heavy hand in making their own schedule with their client and will provide in-home care for patients requiring IV infusions, wellness checks, and clinical trial participation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a home healthcare setting, a strong clinical background and a dedication to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
• Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the State of Michigan
• BLS Certification
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
• Phlebotomy Required
• IV and PICC skills a plus
• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
• Analytical/Critical thinker
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
• Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
