Job description
Ice Cream Manufacturer and Distributor is seeking a Relief Delivery Route Driver at our San Leandro Depot. Relief Delivery Route Driver will be responsible for covering routes servicing assigned accounts within a specific geographic region within the Bay Area.
Some of the major duties and responsibilities include:
- Deliver ice cream to assigned accounts via hand truck/cart
- Drive vehicle with 20,000lb GVW in all weather conditions
- Process all required paperwork at end of day
- Ability to professionally represent Wonder Ice Cream on a daily basis
Applicants must have some of the following minimum requirements:
- Reliable and willingness to give superior customer service
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Background and Drug Test are required
- Diploma or GED is required
Wonder Ice Cream is a family-owned business, located in Santa Clara, CA. Presently, the Company has 80 employees. We distribute high quality ice cream products, such as Ben & Jerry's, Breyers, Popsicle, Blue Bunny, Helados Mexico, to C-Stores, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hotels, Institutions, and Specialty Stores throughout Northern California.
