Remote Dispatcher Job at HonorBuilt
We need a talented, detail orientated person with excellent communication skills to operate as our Service Coordinator. The role requires a high touch and accurate responses to our national restaurant chains and their franchisees. On a daily basis you will handle a variety of high impact or complex escalations to address and work until resolution. This may include any or all of the following, supporting our System Support team, or assistance for POS, IT and Networking issues. Our goal is to resolve problems and implement solutions on the first contact so our customers can get back to feeding hungry people.

DISPATCHER SHIFT: M-F, 3:30pm-12:00am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispatch Technicians upon customer escalations.
- Post, schedule, manage & invoice 3rd party Field Service engagements.
- Manage the ticket flow of the Field Service scheduling board.
- Ensure all remote technician updates are added into existing tickets.
- Provide additional updates to internal and external customers as needed.
- Ensure all tickets follow the authorization and requirement process prior to scheduling.
- Review Site history prior to schedule to ensure minimal visits for maximum satisfaction.
- Ensure all visits are completed are predetermined and agreed upon rates.
- Reconcile HonorBuilt and 3rd Party invoices.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete customer and technician updates in the Document Management System.
- Heavy Administration of the Ticketing and Document Systems.
- Provide updates from the Project Management team to the Support Team.
- Support the Project Management Team with site visits to ensure streamlined visits.
- Assist in training new employees of relevant job functions.
Candidate Requirements include:
- A proven Customer Service background or Coordination role in a Call/Contact Center.
- Exceptional ability to research and troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures and equipment.
- A successful background check, drug screening and technical interview.
