JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:

With succession planning at the forefront, our client is recruiting Big 4 IT Auditors for a multi-year leadership rotational program (24 months). The program will prepare the associate for consideration for leadership positions throughout the organization (larger business units are located in Chicago IL, Seattle WA, Menlo Park CA, Huntington Beach CA, Arlington VA, Mesa AZ, Dallas TX, and St Louis MO).

Our client is seeking bright, motivated, detail-oriented audit professionals for multiple positions: Senior IT Auditor (4 to 6 years). These roles can be based anywhere in the US and will travel up to 20% annually. This position will be part of the audit team of 120 professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting domestic and international audit engagements in accordance with the internal audit program.
• Identifying risks and process deficiencies of IT solutions and/or processes.
• Managing delivery of audit projects.
• Managing staff auditors during audits.
• Staying abreast of best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Communicating with and educating process owners on the importance of controls, an effective control environment, and the role of Internal Audit.

Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge of various IT technologies (e.g. Cloud Computing, Network Architectures, Software Development, Windows Operating Systems, SQL/Oracle Databases, Financial Applications, etc.) and related risks
• Working knowledge of SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis
• Working knowledge of SAP Authorization Concepts
• 5+ years of experience in IT Audit
• 3+ years of experience with SAP Security and/or SAP GRC
• Strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and commitment to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support
• Understanding of basic Accounting and Finance
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 20% of the time
