Here's what the job is like:

The Remote Technician makes smartphone repair easy and convenient for our customers. Remote Technicians travel in a fully equipped ubreakifix Repair Van to customers and provide on-site diagnosis and repair.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices

· Contacting customers to set expectations and communicate information

· Driving to and from customer site locations with our ubreakifix van

· Learn and apply the strategies to sell protection products; earn aggressive bonuses

· Providing excellent service and technical/repair support

· Expand your knowledge of uBreakiFix’s products and culture

· Deliver world class customer service

· Represent ubreakifix with integrity and awesomeness

· Be responsible for inventory management

· Self-manage and set priorities while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

· Maintain a cool and clean work environment

· Succeed as a team

· With a passion for solving problems and delivering solutions

· Who enjoys people and electronic devices

· With one or more year(s) of customer service/retail sales experience preferred

· With a willingness to learn and leverage sales resources

· Who is reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations

· With the ability to quickly adapt and overcome problem scenarios

· With knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems

· With a high school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Who is willing to pass a background check including Driving, Criminal, and Drug Test

The physical demands described hereafter are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

· Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the need of the business, up to 75 lbs. Standing and/or sitting for extended periods.

· Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job including close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to read small text.

· Vocal communications are required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and/or to communicate with customers and/or clients.

· Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Athens, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
