This position earns a competitive starting wage of at least $36,000 annually. Experience, skills
and knowledge may allow for a higher starting wage. We provide a full range of generous benefits,

Aptiv, established in 1976 as Riverfront Activity Center, was the idea of three friends from the community of La Crosse, WI to develop one nonprofit organization that supported individuals with disabilities in all three primary needs-social, employment, and independent living. In the fall of

A day in the life of the Representative Payee
Your day will be filled with planned and unexpected tasks. The focus is to ensure our participants
have their bills paid and work to ensure they can meet their financial goals. It is ensuring that bills
are paid timely and that participants know where their money is going. You will make sure the
participants follow our rules and guidelines. You will talk with people frequently on the phone with
participants or guardians or social workers. You will spend time developing budgets for participants
and onboarding new participants for service. There is an immense amount of variety and you work
in partnership with the finance department with cross training opportunities.
Work Schedule
This full-time exempt position works flexible hours that typically fall within Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, there are options to outside of this timeframe.
