Responsibilities:
- EDC (Electronic Data Capture) entry of Subject Visits
- Answering Queries in EDC as needed.
- Sending the disks and Vendor equipment as per sponsor requirement
- Updating Regulatory for SIV, SMV and COV
- Maintain Regulatory Binder and File all correspondence received via mail, email and fax
- Provide required documents/files to monitor.
- Forwarding SUSARS to investigator for signature and filing the signed documents in the regulatory binder.
- Reviewing temperature logs of Refrigerator, Ambient condition, Freezer (-20 °C and -80 °C) and filing in the pharmacy binders of each study.
- Assisting in Lab Kits Inventory.
- Receiving IP and store as per the required storage condition.
- Downloading temperature Logs weekly.
- Obtaining signatures on the documents from Investigators and scanning the documents.
