Seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a Residential Group in Warren County, NJ.
This role is responsible for: supervising residential counselors within Program; overseeing daily Program Operations; preparing and completing schedules, IRPs; running meetings; and ensuring Residential Sites are up to licensing standards at all times. The Site Supervisor works collaboratively with ENJ team to further mission and values of organization *.

*Full Time: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Some evenings / weekends - on call

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor Degree in Health or Human Services or a combination of one or more years of college, plus related life or work experience equal to four years or High School or GED plus four years of related work or life experience.
- One year experience in a mental health residential setting required.
- One year of management experience required.
- Proven effective leadership and organizational skills; must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new programs.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
