A Server Assistant will:

• Assist the server with clearing, pre-busing during the meal and reset tables after guests have left
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service
• Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed

• Server Assistants -Assist in tasks to ensure a clean and safe restaurant
• Always helping keeping the guest the water glasses full
