Retail Manager-in-Training (Licking County)

at Choice of Goodwill Retail Stores in Licking or Knox Counties
Pay: $13.00/hour to $15.00/hour
Full-Time Position – 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Train with the Store Manager / Manager-in-Charge with specific duties as well as all other functions associate with operating a retail store.
- Daily store operations include sorting donations, pricing/displaying products, maintaining sales records, etc.
- Supervise employees and complete required training
- Ensure quality control standards
- Refill propane tanks (complete required training) for propane locations only
- Complete required training with employees
- All other duties as assigned
Availability:
- Most stores are open 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday – Saturday and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm on Sunday
- Shifts vary based on store needs
- Evenings and weekends required
Requirements:
- A pre-employment drug screen, credit and background check are required
- Valid Ohio driver license and be able to meet driving standards
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job
- Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Travel to various store locations to complete training
