We are hiring several Revenue Cycle Generalists to join our team. We are seeking individuals who possess knowledge and experience of the ENTIRE Cerner Millennium revenue cycle processes and workflows (including front-end, revenue integrity, and back-end processes and workflows). This role directly supports clients in assigned tasks and responsibilities, supporting specific initiatives. The Generalist works directly with clients to ensure on-time, quality delivery of services and deliverables within the applicable project scope and budget.
Job Responsibilities:

- Participate, lead, and contribute to client-organized meetings; sharing point of view and expert recommendations for ALL Cerner Millennium revenue cycle applications
- Provide industry best practice advice (IBPA) and support for assigned areas
- Provide delivery and operational excellence by delivering exceptional service, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, embracing change with agility and adaptability, and maintaining accountability for all assigned commitments
- Supports organization by practicing fiscal responsibility as well as maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Further supports by contributing to operational developments, process improvement initiatives and strategic planning
- Monitor, research, and summarize regulatory rules and guidelines as healthcare revenue cycle policy changes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
- 2 to 5 years using Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle Applications (Scheduling/Patient Access, Charge Services, HIM, and Patient Accounting) within the following capacities:
- Providing implementation/training/support services to healthcare clients
- Providing end to end revenue cycle operations within healthcare setting (Ambulatory or Acute)
- Experience with End-to-End Cerner Millennium Revenue cycle workflows is required
- Training and group facilitation experience preferred
Technological Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft products: Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Revenue Cycle system design and use of Revenue Cycle solutions
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal communications skills; must be comfortable presenting
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to lead change management initiatives
- Professionalism with both internal and external customers
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, discrete, resourceful, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
