Wilson & Company is currently seeking a motivated and organized Risk Management Administrator to join our team. This person will provide high level administrative support for a range of risk management programs and projects. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:


  • Track, schedule, and assist Risk Management Team with assessment of quality audits
  • Coordinate, track, and document the contract review process
  • Work with the Risk Management Team on coordination, tracking and reporting of legal matters
  • Coordinate and help with the development of Project Manager training
  • Assist with review and analysis of firm-wide and departmental safety metrics and work with the Risk Management Team on development and implementation of relevant training
  • Assist with the commercial insurance program including applications, claims handling, certificate of insurance tracking, etc.
  • Assist in the evaluation and development of internal processes for various risk management programs
  • Assist with other compliance and risk-related projects as assigned


Required Skills

Required Experience
  • 5-10 years of strong administrative experience working in a compliance and risk-management related role, preferably in the A/E industry
  • Preferred experience working with quality control procedures
  • Previous experience providing support for contract reviews and other legal matters
  • Basic knowledge of legal principles, practices, and terminology
  • Experience/familiarity with commercial insurance programs, terminology, and policies
  • Meticulous attention to detail while working within tight deadlines
  • Must have strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be a strong problem solver and have very solid analytical skills
  • Ability to perform detailed research, cross-check and validate information for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and work on a wide variety of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently across locations with limited supervision and function effectively in a team environment
  • Must be able to work within a structured corporate environment while maintaining flexibility to adapt to frequently changing project requirements
  • Positive “can-do” attitude with desire to learn
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures
  • Ability to always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Excel is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint a plus

Annual Salary range: $66,000 - $87,000
