Fidelity Insurance Agency, Inc. (“FIA”) is looking for an innovative Risk Management Executive to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides continuing strategic counsel and risk management support to automobile dealership partners and other clients
  • Evaluates exposures, review insurance coverages and contracts, and examine total risk in dealerships and other clients
  • Reviews insurance policies for coverage adequacy and accuracy
  • Conducts needs analysis through a consultative discussion with key client stakeholders that identify their needs
  • Performs risk analysis and policy assessments of current risks and identifies potential risks in automobile dealerships and with other non-auto clients
  • Prepares insurance exposures and bid specifications to be sent to competing agencies on the dealership's behalf
  • Manages the entire process from gathering data to attending proposals to negotiating premiums on the dealership’s behalf
  • Fosters long-term relationships and partnerships with key client stakeholders
  • Represents FIA and JM&A to key dealership personnel, such as Owners and CFOs, and other decision-makers
  • Promotes consulting services to shared automobile dealership clients and prospects
  • Collaborates with internal resources to build and deliver the presentation of a solution to potential clients
  • Due to the nature of the consultative and sales role - is provided broad objectives and is expected to perform to a considerable extent on the associate's own responsibility that requires limited direct supervision
  • This position requires the initiative to implement risk management services/garage consulting in a way that promotes FIA’s and JM&A's value proposition and be able to articulate it to prospective clients
  • While providing consulting services, increases top-line revenue to FIA and improves/promotes FIA's visibility internally to all levels of JM&A Management

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel overnight 80% of the time
  • Professional 2-20 P&C license required; additional professional designation, such as ARM, CIC, AAI, CPIA, etc., preferred
  • Proven record of accomplishment of sales results
  • Requires 5+ years of relevant work and expertise in the automotive space
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the competitive provider landscape
  • Capable of building strong relationships
  • Persuasive communication skills, collaborative, innovative, resilient, confident, influential
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills, and can overcome objections
  • Demonstrates executive presence and leadership skills
  • This is a highly specialized position that requires specific and varied insurance knowledge and experience combined with insurance sales experience
