Job Summary and Qualifications

• Overall management, supervision, planning, evaluation, teaching and operations of the ICCU
• Manage fiscal and human resources
• Perform long range and strategic planning
• Integration and management of departments with regard to staffing and supervision, equipment, purchasing, billing and charge collection, quality improvement activities and staff development
• Accountable for ensuring operations are in compliance with all JCAHO and other regulatory requirements

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing or an active compact license and American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS required upon hire. American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS preferred.
• Two years of healthcare leadership experience
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or if no Bachelors a degree must be obtained with 2 years of hire.
