Cardinal Care Strategies is a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility located in Muncie, Indiana. As a locally owned and operated nursing home we specialize in caring for our neighbors and hiring staff from the local community. We want our residents to have consistent care from our permanently placed staff members. We offer very competitive hourly rates as well as a comprehensive benefit package.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess as a minimum an RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid and current RN license in this state.
Must be able to write the English language in a legible and understandable manner.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, governmental agencies/personnel and the general public.
Must be a minimum of twenty (20) years of age.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
