Requirements
- Valid RN License in Massachusetts
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of auto Insurance
- Must be FULLY VACCINATED original covid vaccine card
- Must have proof of flu shot
- Physical within the last 12 months
- TB Test / Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Must own and know how to use a smart phone
Experience-
- Skilled nursing (3+ years Required)
