Pan-O-Gold Baking Co. (Country Hearth Breads) a wholesale bakery, is looking for an aggressive, self-starter for a Route Delivery Relief Driver position in Norfolk, NE. Chosen employees will be responsible for early morning delivery of our bakery products on a timely basis to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, etc.

Hours and days are approximately 4am - 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Usually with Saturday being a much, much shorter day.

Continual support is offered to ensure your success by providing paid training, 50% of uniform cost, and handheld computers.

Duties would include loading, delivering, selling, ordering, and working the bakery products to grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions in a company owned truck in Norfolk, and the surrounding areas.

• Partner with accounts to implement marketing promotions for mutual benefit.
• Order product and service assigned accounts with optimal distribution. Contribute and participate as part of a sales team.
• Analyze account sales data to achieve optimal distribution of product to achieve sales goals and minimize stale and related expenses.
• Sell displays to drive incremental sales.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash.

Must be computer literate, have the ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 70lbs.

Possess a valid drivers license, and a safe driving record.

Ability to provide a high level of customer service, and solve issues as they arise.

Must be available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Days off are: Sunday, and Wednesday. *Holidays may adjust work days.

Must be at least 19 years of age.

Salary: $44,200.00 to $50,000.00 /year

Health/Dental Insurance is Blue Cross Blue Shield/Delta Dental costing: $28.00 for Single, $38.00 for Single + 1, $49.00 for Family per pay period.

Pay period is weekly. Base plus commission.

Training pay is $850.00 per week, with minimum route guarantee of $850.00 per week.

$500.00 sign on bonus after 6 months, and an additional $500.00 after 12 months.

One week paid vacation after 6 months.
