Route Supervisor/Utility Worker
Route Supervisor/Utility Worker Responsibilities:
- Cleaning a variety of sites ranging from dental offices, banking centers, and more
- Have a general understanding of our cleaning duties (Training provided) and place your best effort to complete assigned tasks
- Be able and willing to drive a company assigned vehicle with meeting all the safety requirements for the position.
- Keep a log of duties completed and time required in order to complete each one,
- Communicating frequently with your area manager and team members.
- Assist the Area Manager
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
- Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
- Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
- Drive to sites and perform janitorial duties or special task work orders.
Qualifications:
- Ability to write reports consistent with information regarding notes and completion of work orders.
- Basic MS Office/ Google Docs, Sheets knowledge
- Clean driving background
- Organized
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Valid Driver's license
