The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,000 - $113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Champion engagement between other functions to promote a safe, world-class organization
- Collaborate with Dematic EHS&S partners to manage and track efforts toward reducing our overall risk score
- Incident management
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement
- Assist in technical investigative actions for highly complex customer issues or highly complex product qualification issues
- Nonconformance actions management and improvements
- Change management
- Lead and facilitate reoccurring audit committee meetings to identify and close gaps, highlight high-risk installation projects, and create action plans to mitigate risk
- Partner with manufacturing colleagues to help improve quality checklists in manufacturing to reduce extra work on the project sites
- Work closely with the Quality organization to track the CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), ensure accurate reporting, and lead initiatives to drive down Installations contribution to CoPQ
- Participate in product development discussions by reviewing and suggesting safety and quality improvements
- Lead a cross-functional holistic meeting to address safety and quality product and system concerns, present opportunities, brainstorm ideas and solutions
- KPI monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, or other related technical disciplines
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certifications preferred
- Knowledge of the materials handling market and project delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
- Superb interpersonal skills, situational awareness, and sensitivity
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to be detail-oriented
- Initiative
- A ‘teamwork’ attitude
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and identify and apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems
