We are seeking sales associates - Guaranteed Draw Pay!
Full-Time Salary Average of $36,400 to $41,600 per year.
Weekend availability needed. We specialize in selling famous name brand furniture and mattresses at discounted prices! To meet demand, our second Mega store will be opening up soon in Maplewood and we will have many advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
*Greet and engage customers to uncover their home furnishing needs.
*Provide the best customer service and offer customers an incredible shopping experience.
*Resolve customer inquiries and field phone calls.
*Maintain AOR - Area of Responsibility clean, tagged and organized.
*Light assembly and assist. (New floor merchandise.)
*Light wrap-up and assist of items sold off floor.
*Complete sales/showroom related tasks as assigned by store management.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED; Post-secondary education preferred.
*Ability to build rapport with clients.
*Competitive, goal oriented nature with the ability to work well in a team environment.
*Ability to act as a self-starter who is motivated to succeed and reach performance objectives.
*Flexibility to work a 5 day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays for Full Time, either / or for Part Time), and most holidays.
*Basic computer skills. Sales Associate Job Highlights:
