You'll be taught how to successfully sell and grow your career and income. We'll teach you how to set 8-15 opportunities for the Sales team and then how to sell B2B building maintenance solutions. You'll work closely with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process and follow-up communications as you grow.
Here's what you'll be doing on a weekly basis:
- Identify sales targets by making proactive phone calls, field visits, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate opportunities for sales.
- Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great! If you enjoy social media and marketing...even better!
- When you achieve objectives, you'll get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation!
- Use your creativity to schedule appointment with prospects, communicate with lost accounts and try to get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities!
Working Conditions
- NOT a work from home position.
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Casual Business Dress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus!
- Good attitude a MUST!
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Prior history of building and establishing relationships
- Capable of working independently or in a team

Pay: $32,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
