Primary Responsibilities:
Our Assistant Manager supports an Area Manager in the daily responsibilities required to keep the business running smoothly. They direct sales staff and ensure that work is being completed in a timely and effective manner. You will be in charge primarily of interviewing, hiring, training, and nurturing new sales talent.
- Interview, hire, train, and assist in developing new sales reps
- Track and manage turnover within an office
- Manage a sales team and hit specific volume metrics put in place by yourself and local management
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership abilities and initiative
- Great interpersonal skills
- Quick decision-making skills and problems solving skills
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage and motivate others
- Proficient at Microsoft office suite
Compensation
- Personal Sales Commission
- Team overrides/bonuses
- Several paid retreats if goals are met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Door-to-door management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
