Our Sales Enablement Manager champions sales enablement programs while also managing our cross-functional go-to-market readiness blueprint. This role manages projects, regularly engages organization-wide stakeholders, and communicates effectively to build out programs that improve the commercial team's skills, ensure company-wide strategy alignment, and drive Virtru's sales efficiency.


What Keeps Them Busy:

  • Enablement Program Development: Owns enablement programs that drive sales productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include the ongoing care, refinement, and maintenance of these programs and their supporting materials and processes. Further, this person drives our product education and continued curriculum effort (part of our internal Virtru University program), using these programs to enable all employees, and certifying the readiness of our sales and marketing teams. Additional enablement program responsibilities also include extending knowledge to our partners. Lastly, this person leads Virtru's Innovation Week efforts as the representative from the commercial team.

  • Cross-functional Product Launch Facilitation: Manages regular cadence and launch readiness efforts for new product introductions. Contributes to the efforts of product, product marketing, customer support, and sales leaders to ensure each team is aligned, informed, and ready to drive more revenue upon launch.

  • Measure & Monitor Change: Communicates the effectiveness of enablement programs, including behavior changes, against specific business critical metrics to leaders. Uses qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure the success of the programs. Drives knowledge sharing of these programs, fostering best practices and their purpose to all customer-facing team members during the bi-weekly global sales call in order to accelerate revenue generation.

  • Strategic Positioning: Contributes to product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products. Collaborates with key product marketing managers to determine and monitor product pricing.

  • Assess Competitive Landscape: Assists product marketing in the monitoring and operational reporting of the competitive landscape, including SWOT, positioning, and pricing analysis of key competitors.
