Sales Specialist Job at NW Employment Solns.
NW Employment Solutions is partnered with a local Exterior Company in
Canby and they are looking to add to their sales team. As an
Exterior Sales Specialist, you will act as the face of the company to the customer. The ideal specialist must be positive, a presentable face for the company to see their customers through from start to finish.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: commissioned based at $100k-$200k/year
Responsibilities:
- Give Presentations to the customers
- Negotiate Contracts
- Pre-Qualify Clients
- Maintain OSHA standards
- Meeting/Exceeding sales goals set with managers
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Appointment setting
- Must be comfortable on a ladder and crawl spaces
- Use CRM system
- Ability to read measuring tools
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in managing sales
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to drive
- Must be tech savvy (text, emailing, etc.)
