Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

This is a full time position.

Duties

Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack environment. Work with the Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood team to uphold excellent data standards, develop and manage systems that support service delivery, generate the reporting and analysis, and train and support colleagues in the database and best practices. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to logic-check to see patterns and stories in information and data. Be responsive and build authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders that help advance the department and organization. Align work internally with colleagues and seek collaborative solutions. Manage administrative Salesforce functions, including updating automation in flow process builder, leading implementation roadmap, developing data auditing system, and analyzing ongoing needs for long-term data system strategy in partnership with system users and SPPN leadership. Ensure data entry processes are documented and updated regularly. Manage and update a Salesforce Experience Cloud site for partner staff including adding functionality, managing security settings, and onboarding new users. Manage Salesforce integrations and liaise as the primary contact and contract manager. Implementation and training of best practices in the protection of privacy in data and reporting.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or a related field, or 3-5 years of related experience. Experience with data analytics with strong report-building and querying skills. Results-oriented—create accurate and timely application improvements, develop and implement training and ongoing user support. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to the audience, and promote teamwork. Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, respond to requests, follow through with details, and meet deadlines. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Access/Quickbase. Strong commitment to Wilder’s mission and goals.
