Summary:
Salesforce Administrator responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. Ultimately, you will work with the Software Development team to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Active Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
- 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator in environments of 50+ users
- Effectively communicate within all levels of the organization to ensure role & project success
- Both excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate and work well with discussing and presenting solutions and technical information to a non-technical audience
- DevOps/Release management experience
- Field Service, Communications Cloud experience is a plus
- Triggers/Apex code knowledge a plus
- Proficient use of MS office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications
- Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the business domain and systems, including the functionality and metrics that are important to the business- Create and manage all aspects of users’ security: profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules
- Perform critical updates and keep up to date with the Salesforce release cycle
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Work in tandem with our developers to implement business requirements
- Build integrations between the multiple products we’re planning to use (Field Service, WAM, Financial Force, Rootstock, Communications Cloud)
- Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules
- Develop and implement training for end-users. Create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce business applications
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards
Other duties as necessary may include but are not limited to:
- Successfully complete assigned training and examinations, as well as participate in ongoing performance and development reviews, and goal setting
- Be available to participate in internal or external meetings, special functions, and professional development opportunities
- Cross-train and share knowledge with other team members
- Support routine tasks
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
