Job Overview:

• Lead the execution of the future global operations (oneOPS), contact center (oneCCC) Salesforce landscape under consideration of the 2025 strategy
• Help setup future organizational structure for Europe, Asia and Americas to scale with oneOPS, oneCCC requirements
• As an IT executive/manager, Build, run & maintain the Salesforce platform for IT globally in alignment with other LOBs

Responsibilities:

• Champion the oneOps, oneCCC operating model incorporating the design & transformation of oneHouse existing applications landscapes in Asia & Americas (50%)
• Ensure stable, robust, scalable Salesforce platform with consideration of cost-efficiency and cost transparency. Planning, controlling, monitoring of the IT operation & escalation management. Ensure compliant IT operations, adequate application, infrastructure portfolio & IT roadmap based on Mercedes-Benz standards (20%)
• Implement definition of roles & responsibilities, ensure continual optimization thereof. Establish & manage the IT-Support organization for the Business areas (10%)
• Manage IT strategic alignment related to oneHOUSE, Asia, Europe related tasks (10%)
• Manage timely issue solving, good collaboration. Negotiate SLAs & contracts with internal and external partner (5%)
• Information Security & Data Protection, risk management & compliance Ensure adherence to IT Security concepts based on ITM standards (5%)

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance (flexibility for Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Farmington Hills, MI) can be provided for this position.

Education:

• Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Multiple Salesforce/Mule certification(s) such as Architecture, Dev etc

Experience:

• 6 years’ experience in leading Salesforce tech delivery, design/arch teams
• 4 years’ experience in tech resource management
• Experience in leading large Salesforce implementation projects
• Hands on experience in Salesforce; Sales /Service/ Marketing
• Experience in leading a multicultural team in a financial services or an automotive environment
• Financial Services domain Knowledge

Specific knowledge:

• Deep Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing) , related Integration tools, data knowledge
• In-depth know-how in Financial Service System design and implementation
• Broad knowledge of business processes in Financial Services related to Operations
• Experience with related Analytics, DevOps, Resource management
• Experience with IT Management, Agile in intercultural organizations
• Good leadership and communication skills
