Minimum Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Ohio License as a School Counselor
- Experience with small group instruction, especially with elementary age children;
- Crisis triage and response skills;
- Strong collaborative skills;
- Restorative practices training/skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks based on need;
- Ability to cultivate community that values diversity and equity.
