LOCATION:
P.S. 132Q The Ralphe Bunche School
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed and appointed NYCDOE elementary school teacher. (Common Branch or Special Education)
SELECTION CRITERIA:
At least 3 years of satisfactory (highly effective/ effective) ratings with teaching
- Experience with ENL/SWD students
- Experience with data-driven instruction
- Experience with grade level ELA/Math Curriculum and standards Able to conduct online classes utilizing various learning platforms Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Per session personnel will perform one or more of the following tasks under the direction of the appropriate supervisor:
- Collaboratively design instruction
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- Assess and Monitor Student Progress
- Plan and Implement Guided Reading Lessons with Small Group of Students
WORK SCHEDULE:
July 17th -August 4th, 2023
9:00AM- 12:00PM
Hours up to, but not limited to the approximate number of hours listed. Additional hours may be granted upon the approval of the hiring manager.
SALARY:
Per Session rates as per the relevant union/organization of the advertised title (Collective Bargaining Agreement). Contingent upon funding availability and programmatic approval.
