Role Description: Scrum Master
The Scrum Master is responsible for creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization, and providing a clear vision of the product . The Scrum Master also facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a data and AI team using Agile Methodology.
Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Program Owner maximize productivity.
Maintain the backlog and release plans, and publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
Ability to move rapidly between strategic and tactical contexts, whilst building trusted relationships with culturally diverse teams and clients
Contribute to the execution of IT strategy, especially Architecture, Engineering, and DevOps Promote and lead SAFE and Agile working practices throughout the team
Having a coaching style of leadership and key strengths are establishing a clear vision for the team
Experience in working on data engineering and analytics programs.
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in any Technical, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields; Developer nano degree; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Typically requires 6 years of related scrum experience
