Responsibilities:
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for augmenting FORVIS tax engagement teams in applying tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles to, prepare or review tax returns, tax payments, and income tax accounting entries while delivering outstanding client service.
Prepare/review quarterly and annual global tax provisions- Prepare/review monthly tax forecasts
- Prepare/review U.S., international, and state tax returns
- Research and document findings related to U.S. federal, state, and international tax issues
- Handle other special projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Learn/use DHG tax technology applications through on-the-job training
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all DHG procedures
Qualifications:
- 7 to 15 years in tax accounting required, preferably with a Big Four or Regional Firm
- CPA certification
- Strong skills in tax research and writing
- Supervisory experience
- Tax return review experience
- BS in Accounting required
