Associates who will help us through our peak volumes from September through January. We
will have availability for some seasonal team members to stay on after peak season if you are
interested as well.

What you will do:

• Tasks include unloading containers, receiving, putting away freight, stock replenishment,

picking and shipping equestrian items ordered by our customers.
Things like bridles, bits, apparel, saddles, etc.

We will have you come in for an onsite interview in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. If there's mutual interest, and the role is right for you, we will make you and offer and start you on a date that works for you.

What we are looking for in YOU:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, repetitively. This is non-negotiable. This is a

physical job in that you are moving around a warehouse, climbing ladders, packing
boxes etc. You must be able to perform those duties.

• Be comfortable with a fast pace. Our customers are relying on you! We need you to have

this mindset in everything you do.

• We like team players! People that want to help their colleagues next to them. And that is

reciprocated!

• Open and flexible availability, specifically during 1st shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the majority of your shift. This is not a

desk job!

We want to see that you are eager to work, we want to know you will show up on time. We want
to know that you are a team player with high sense of customer focus and attention to detail.
That is, it. We will train you on the rest.
Compensation:

• Earn $15 per hour

If you stay on after peak season, you’ll also be eligible for:

• Bonus: Incentive programs with quarterly payouts on top of your hourly pay!
