The Program Manager Lead oversees an integrated service offering focused on end to end portfolio requirement delivery. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of Project Management services on the client account including project scope development, local market team engagement, local delivery and reporting. She/he will be expected to provide superior client service and must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Establish integrated process for end to end requirement delivery that leverages existing client and JLL technology, tools and templates.
Support project initiation and planning but assisting client in scope development, initial budget and preliminary schedule or timelines.
Develop a variable market team onboarding program and onboard resources as required.
Establish /improve Project Delivery standard operating procedures for:
Approval process for project work, including creation of funding documents in compliance with Client's internal funding policies.
Maintaining required reporting to track and manage costs associated with all project related expenses including allowances, contingencies, and reserves.
Optimizing the outcome of all VE efforts including tools and reports on cost savings.
Proper project close-out between market Project Managers and Client; final accounts are negotiated, agreed and settled final; close-out statements issued; client has all requirements in hand to release all withholdings/retainage and close all funding approvals in accounting systems.
Regular and ad-hoc executive level dashboard or presentation reporting on project performance.
Effectively lead the integrated delivery team by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
