Senior Graphic Designer Job at MMC Corp
Nature of Work
Works as key member of in-house marketing team to provide marketing support to MMC Corp and its subsidiary companies (MMC Contractors, MW Builders, and Building Controls Services) brands. Execute advertising, graphic design, website updates, and internal communications for all brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage brand websites
Manage external agencies and vendors.
Understands and can manage across platforms – email, DM, digital, video, print, etc.
Support Marketing Manager on creative campaigns
Develop PowerPoint templates in accordance with brand standards.
Create and conduct design trainings to company employees.
Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.
In addition to the above, a Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the following:
Mentor Marketing Specialists and Interns
Manage and execute projects for the strategic center, and its subsidiaries as needed.
Works with Talent department to design and implement all recruiting, onboarding, and culture campaign materials
Manage and execute internal communications campaigns/events.
Qualifications
Ability to collaborate with and function well within a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Creative Suite expert
Ability to learn new computer programs for project management / estimating / reporting purposes
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/marketing related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
5-7 years of graphic design or marketing experience.
Travel Requirements
10-20% travel required
Physical Demands
Physical demands for this position are moderate. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be walking, standing, bending or carrying of items (25-50 pounds) such as plan documents, papers, books, parts, etc. There may be times of physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing or similar activities. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity. Requires a good ability to see, hear, and speak

Standard project site environment may include machinery, parts and chemicals; may require protective gear
