Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Foster relationships and work cross functionally on Customer Loyalty, Sales, Digital, and Corporate Communications to lead strategic marketing campaigns aimed at the growth of our customer lifecycle across our service offerings.
- Support the communication strategy, planning and execution of cross-product audience efforts including converting customers specific to one product offering to multiple and deepen customer loyalty.
- Identify customer segmentation, offer construct and testing opportunities to optimize communication efforts by promoting priority messages to the right customer, in the right channel at the right time
- Support creation of roadmaps to further evolve customer engagement approaches
- Deliver high-level performance trends and reports and drive optimizations for marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing Analytics and Media teams
What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
- 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management, or related field
- Must possess excellent relationship building, written and verbal communication and leadership skills
- Can successfully influence multiple stakeholders, managing complex and fast-paced business needs and be able to present to stakeholders
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)
Experience with customer data and an understanding of paid media and marketing analytics- Previous loyalty marketing experience inside the travel industry, financial services or another best-in-class loyalty program, supporting CRM, B2B2C or Lifecycle initiatives is a plus
