Senior .NET Developer at Benco Dental

What you'll do at Benco:

• Design and develop solutions leveraging our current tech stack (C#, SQL, ETL, REST API)

• Have an opportunity to explore and leverage modern technologies (Low Code/No Code Development, Microservices, Event-driven Architecture)

• Create clean, sustainable code

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to achieve key objectives and solve problems

• Collaborate with a diverse set of developers and technologists

• Modernize core systems using test-driven development best practices

• Lead software development initiatives and projects

• Mentor less tenured staff members

• Be the best version of yourself every day in a positive, rewarding, and fun environment

What you'll bring to the table:

• A hunger for problem solving and a thirst for knowledge and growth opportunities

• Truly collaborative spirit with an eye for innovation and creativity

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent concentration of study (including coding “boot camp” program completion) AND at least 6 years of hands-on technical application development

• At least 3 years of experience utilizing our current tech stack (C# [.NET Core/.NET Framework with MVC], SQL, ETL, REST API)

• At least 2 years of experience building web applications leveraging HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

• Understanding and appreciation for SDLC and CI/CD

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.)

• Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)

• Front-end JavaScript Framework (Angular, React, etc.)

• Experience with Low Code/No Code Development (Outsystems)
