About the Role
As a Senior Regional Strategy & Ops Manager on the Ground Operations team, you will develop a deep understanding of Veho’s operation and the delivery lifecycle. You will lead projects to improve the team member and driver partner experience as our business grows rapidly. You will support annual planning, financial modeling, market expansion, and weekly business reviews. This role will lead regional projects as we expand to supporting the General Manager.
Candidates must be comfortable working with data and leading analysis independently. Our team is data and insights-driven, so you’ll need to be comfortable combining both qualitative and quantitative insights to make decisions. You must also be able to translate these insights into action and have the ability to manage the implementation and execution of complex projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic projects to optimize our coverage network within existing markets
- Identify, create, and execute on operational standards to reduce poor driver and support interactions that customers have in existing and new markets
- Collaborate with Product, Client Support, Driver Operations and Marketplace Operation leaders to develop strategies, evaluate opportunities, and provide clear and concise recommendations based on comprehensive analysis
- Improve processes and maintain the driver-partner and team member experience as the business grows 5x
- Build scalable reporting and processes to monitor market health and provide access to partners
- Lead various aspects of our footprint expansion strategy, helping to do everything from sourcing real estate to working with cross-functional members of the leadership team to stand up new markets
- Report on key drivers of profitability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, and create tools/solutions all markets can leverage to improve them
- Work closely with our Driver Partner team to develop experiments that help reduce churn, increase satisfaction, and create a better experience
- Identify ways to enhance day-to-day operations in the warehouse by creating process improvements that drive higher employee morale, and improve safety
- Create business cases to the scope and prioritize product feature requests
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience that includes project management, analytics, and problem-solving
- Proficient in SQL
- Leadership in execution of complex initiatives and processes using project management best practices
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs
- Can think critically about problems and priorities, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo
- Problem solver aiming towards continuous improvement and automating scalable processes
- Excited about digging deep into data for new insights
- A self-starter and has a desire to learn and grow Can effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization
- Detailed-oriented and an excellent verbal and written communicator
Living in the Southwest is preferred, travel throughout the region will be required
The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills.
