For this role, we’ll look to you to:
- Prepare month-end general ledger close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations for revenue and revenue-related accounts
- Maintain and update the comprehensive details of revenue related contract terms (rebates, fees, allowances, price book changes)
- Assist with the review of revenue related contractual agreements, including interpreting terms, coordinating, and tracking rebates and incentives, understanding the application of accounting policies, and proactively identifying and resolving accounting complexities
- Assemble the payment applications for scan based training (SBT) customer payments to ensure payments are applied correctly
- Communicate with customers on revenue related items
- Collaborate with Revenue Assurance Specialist Team and review tasks

Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue recognition
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills
- Critical thinker and team player
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
