Senior Solutions Analyst Job at Intercontinental Exchange
Job Purpose
The Senior Solutions Analyst will be responsible for enhancing CRM processes and tools at ICE. This role will be instrumental in helping ICE deploy and operationalize best-in-class CRM features and workflows across a wide range of teams. This role reports directly to the Manager, CRM Solutions within the ICE Fixed Income and Data Services Product Operations organization.
Responsibilities
- Support project management efforts related to CRM enhancements and integration
- Support project management efforts related to CRM expansion and adoption
- Optimize, document, and maintain CRM processes and workflows
- Collect user feedback to drive change requests
- Document and advise on enhancement requests to CRM tools
- Support training efforts for end users of CRM tools
- Support maintenance of product catalog and price master data using Excel, Access, and other tools
- Provide best practices to product management on product configuration requests
Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years of work experience, ideally with business analysis tasks and functions
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Ability to track and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of problem solving and solution building
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude to manage and influence without direct authority
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, and Tableau a plus
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 3 days per week.
Base Salary Range for New York Candidates
The expected base salary for this role is between $90,000 - 125,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchanges incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
