Summary
HII – Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to oversee the management of web, database, and application server support for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. This position is focused on our web presence effort to consolidate our existing websites to a minimum number, then sustain those sites to keep them current. This position is conditional upon contract award, anticipating January 2023 start.
The Systems Administrator will perform monitoring and troubleshooting/resolving of customer service requests or technical issues, coordinating and managing incident responses, coordinating file or server restores from available backups and perform system health checks.
What you must have
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Client requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or related field is required and 5 years of experience in management of web, database, and application server support and maintenance including planning, coordinating, and executing installation and upgrades of systems supporting this task order.
- 3 years of experience in management of Microsoft IIS 10 web server including the site administration, configuration of SSL, file backup and restoration, and reviewing IIS log files to assist with troubleshooting website issues.
