Responsibilities
Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience. This includes:
  • Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike
  • Providing pleasant and timely service
  • Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience
Requirements
  • Must have ServSafe Alcohol certification prior to first day of work
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
  • Some locations require Pour Permits, depending on county
