Service Greeter/Lot Porter Job at Dennis Automotive
Dennis Automotive is looking for the right candidates to help our busy Service Department.
Responsibility
- Assisting customers face to face or by phone before, during and after a service appointment
- Meetint and greeting our guests that come in for service
- Moving, valeting and parking cars
- Assisting Service Advisors with guest vehicle needs
- Aquiring information of of towed vehicles that are towed into our facility for service
- Operate an internal computer system for assisting customers and service activities
- Accept payment from customers
- Answer customer's questions
- Must be able to work Saturdays and some evenings
The ideal candidate will have:
- To stand, and walk 8-12 hours
- Great face to face customer service skills
- The ability to communicate in a professional manner
- An upbeat and positive attitude
- The ability to work safely
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
