Shift Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

- Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and team members and strives to share their skills with others.
- Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.

- Connects with the community & establishes partnerships that grow our brand.

Shfit Manager Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
