Job Description:

Position Overview: Our shift managers lead a small team to success by handling the daily prep list and dinner rush. Our day managers also hold the responsibilities of opening/closing the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean working environment, and food orders and inventory counts. This is a great position for someone who is looking for long term employment with a flexible schedule. We are looking for strong leaders with great attention to detail, flexibility within their job duties, and a positive attitude no matter what!

Tasks:

  • Provide a great experience to every customer!
  • Comply with all menu recipes, quality standards, and food service safety standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures of each work station, including side work.
  • Serve as an ambassador for D.P. Dough.
  • Work as an active team member with the entire team.
  • Successfully complete the training program.

Duties:

  • Lead: Conveying information between management and employees
  • Manage: Evaluating and retaining employees
  • Operations: Inventory management, Monitoring customers, Opening and closing
  • Customer Service: Placing orders and interacting with vendors
  • Accountability: Retail sales
  • Food & Kitchen Prep: Stock, date, rotate & record inventory of prepared items
  • Maintain Expo Table: Food preparation & monitoring of temperatures
  • Dough Stations: Make dough!
  • Ovens: Prepare, monitor temperatures & operate
  • Dishes: Proper sink setup, wash, dry & put dishes away

Hours of Operation: Sun-Wed 4pm-2am, Thur-Sat 4pm-3am

Availability: Flexible Late Nights & Weekends are a MUST!

References: At least 2 professional or personal references
