We’re currently hiring a production manager / shop foreman for a growing company in Minneapolis. In this production manager / shop foreman role, you'll be responsible for overseeing manufacturing projects and managing production employees.
Wage: $25 – 30/hr.
Hours: 7:30 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the production manager / shop foreman:
- Manage the correct, efficient, and timely manufacturing of all projects
- Hiring and maintaining skilled operators and helpers for all shop positions
- Manage staff levels of production crews according to workflow demands and job requirements
- May require soliciting temporary workers on occasion, and will require calling in specialists to assist with facility issues and machine repairs
Requirements of the production manager / shop foreman:
- Strong and responsible work ethic
- Proficient at managing employees (approximately 15-20 direct reports)
- Organize and multi-task
- Technical ability to learn and run most equipment in the shop
