YOUR LIFE AS AN OPPORTUNITY CENTER SITE MANAGER
This full-time program management position with our human services nonprofit works during the day.
When working as an Opportunity Center Site Manager, you play a critical role in managing and leading a team of high-performing individuals dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes. You work collaboratively with the regional director to ensure your team is fully informed of agency policies and expectations. Your focus on data-driven decision-making, and ability to run reports in Fedcap CARES, are key in creating longer-term strategies for site achievement. In this site agent role, you analyze site data and metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement in performance and efficiency, while also identifying priority areas for staff and their assigned caseloads. Your commitment to ensuring compliance, quality, and adherence to standards, is exemplified through conducting monthly case reviews for this program management position.
Your responsibilities as a site manager with our human services nonprofit also include hiring, orientation, and training employees, and providing coaching and support to your team to help them develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in their jobs. Because you care about your team, you communicate effectively and transparently to ensure staff are aware of policy, program, and agency changes, and recognize and escalate concerns that may compromise operations and contractual obligations.
Working as a site agent, you coordinate all site operations, including logistics, facilities, staffing, and adherence to program models and workflow. Your excellent organizational skills shine as you manage the site calendar and PTO requests from staff to ensure coverage and business needs are met. With your eye for detail, you review and approve mileage and reimbursement requests to ensure their accuracy and adherence to agency policies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN OPPORTUNITY SITE MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program management and supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
We would love for the individual in the site agent position to have previous experience working with a nonprofit. This program management role requires someone with a demonstrated track record for building and developing community partnerships. We are looking for a site agent that is driven and detail-oriented. We need an excellent communicator that is compassionate, as well as a team player.
