Site Supervisor Job at FBG Service Corporation
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead one of our facilities and assist a good team cleaning crew. Ensure proper use of chemicals and supplies. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and in safe working order. Maintain a clean and organized supply closet. Ensure everyone on the team does their part in following, completing, maintaining, monitoring, adjusting, and updating their Job Schedules and any other duties to ensure efficient delivery of quality service. Special projects and periodics are completed as assigned and done safely, appropriately, and timely.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- basic janitorial duties
- Stock and maintain consumables
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Train employees
Skills
- Proven working experience as a supervisor for 1 year
- Ability to handle basic janitorial equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Be a team leader
- Integrity
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
