Site Supervisor Job at Xcel Bulk Logistics
Xcel Bulk Logistics is looking to hire a night Site Supervisor to start immediately at our Ardmore yard.
What you'll be doing:
- Communicate with dispatch in real-time via email updates with what is happening on the ground so we can better serve the customer. You will also assist in communicating with the customer at the plant level.
- Provide Silo-level visibility. You will send multiple customer silo inventory levels through a shift.
- Unload drop trailers as needed to maintain customer silo level.
- Preventive maintenance. You need to have some basic understanding of a pneumatic trailer and tractor, to help identify equipment needing attention. Will assist the breakdown and dispatch teams in scheduling preventive maintenance to minimize the impact on daily operations.
- Driver Support. This position will help with supporting our driver fleet in field. The position will take valuable feedback from the driver fleet and relay back to operations challenges drivers are facing.
Requirements:
- CDL-A with 12 months of tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years
Schedule:
- 6:00PM to 4:00AM Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
