Ski Technician Job at Mudroom & Nomad Sports
Mudroom & Nomad Sports bring together a team of like-minded individuals who chase the mountain lifestyle and are passionate about providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Ski Technician's are responsible for performing the science of ski and snowboard tuning while using the industries top machinery and technologies. Master tuning and journeymen positions available, experience is not necessary.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately identify when a ski or snowboard requires a tune, and be able to recommend the type of service that best meets the needs of the guest and their equipment
- Structure, edge geometry, waxing, base repair and more
- Maintain shop cleanliness standards
- Operate at the highest standards of safety
- Monitor inventory
- Remain current on new industry products and trends; demonstrate knowledge of products
- Demonstrate and enforce company values and ethics
- Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:
- Current or future resident of the Jackson area
- Motivated to learn new skills
- Ability to sit, stand, move around and carry items of up to 50 lbs
