Your social media campaigns will educate, convince, and help people take back their lives! You will manage a social media calendar and a team that creates and sends out your campaigns. You will help millions better understand mental health and ways for them and their loved ones to make progress. You will constantly improve our reach, remove the stigma of mental health and grow our followers.

Serenity Healthcare is a fast-growing mental health provider with offices in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. We offer traditional psychiatric care along with groundbreaking treatment options that have double the success rate of standard methods. We were founded in 2017 and are doubling in size year over year.
Did you know that in the cities where we are building new clinics the wait time to see a psychiatrist is often 3 to 6 months? That’s devastating for patients and doctors! That’s why this position is critical. You will help those struggling with depression and anxiety and those who care about them to learn ways they can take back their lives!
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing objective focused social media
- Minimum of 3 years of leading a social media team to reach objectives
- Agency experience a plus
- Expert managing successful organic Facebook/Instagram & LinkedIn Ad campaigns
- Success implementing retargeting campaigns
- Experience with Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Truth, Gab, or Telegram channels a plus
- Expert running paid social media campaigns with a positive ROI
- Experience building an online community around user content or viral sharing a huge plus
- Experience A/B or Multivariate testing
- A history of creating and tracking measurable results.
- Empathetic and motivated by advancing a cause or mission
- Results focused rather than task focused

Your Objectives
- Fill the calendars of Serenity’s new clinics fast with while lowering CPA
- Increase awareness and utilization of new breakthrough treatments like TMS
- Build followers, shares, and positive comments on our social media channels
- Increase the number of great applicants for key positions
